Don't forget the shredded look is more about the diet than anything!!! You dial in your training, cardio, and diet you could shed some unwanted fat while gaining muscle. Depends on how dedicated you are

yes sir I am well aware of this, which is why I will make sure my diet is on point. I am probably going 500 calories over maintenance (unless you suggest otherwise) and will try to do cardio 3 times a week (probably treadmill at 3.5mph and 9.0 incline for 30 minutes, unless you suggest otherwise). I will probably go with 2g of carbs per pound of bodyweight, 1.5g protein per pound, and .5g of fat per pound.
What do you think? Good or should I make some changes?
