I studied Arnold back in the 70's and early 80's.

The bottom line with him was just incredible genetics.

    A truly gifted individual.

Joe Weider was his so called trainer.

Arnold was his lab rat, so to speak.

His cycles were basic, nothing like we run today.

But still very long cycles & high dosages.

    He was great.

    Best

very true, if you watch any of his documentaries and workout plans, diets etc he just did such ODD things, and still was able to grow, lean out and look amazing following the weirdest protocols

here really did have the most amazing genetics

    e.g
the man could so 30 sets just his biceps twice a week and acheive great growth

he could lean out by just increasing his cardio and only slightly adjusting his diet, but he never reallyu following any low carb diet plans

he ran dbol almost up top all his competitions

the man won his 7th MR olympia title, and he only had 8 weeks to prepare for it, and he was shooting a movie at the same time
