    This comes out to 2550 cals, 110g fat, 150 carbs, 220 protein, any thoughts

    Idk where all that fat is coming from. I think your macros are off. Idk. Anyway. If your stats are correct then your protein intake is fine imo. Cut back some fat, but again I think the macros mite be off. How tall are you?

    I agree, I dont know where all the fat is coming from with what you have listed in the meal plan. Unless you are using some high fat dressing on the salad. I think there off too.
