well im 18. 190 pounds and about 17%bf. my eating routine is this:
Meal 1: Iso-Mass 3 scoops in FF milk
Meal 2: 3 eggs / cheese / toast, 1 cup oats w/ raisins
Meal 3: Whole Wheat Multi-Grain (Sawdust flavored) bagel w/ PB
Meal 4: 12" Ham / Turkey Sub
Meal 5: (Post workout) Iso-Mass 3 scoops in FF milk, 1 banana
Meal 6: 4oz Whole Grain Pasta w/ chicken breast + red sauce
Meal 7: 2 TBSP PB
i want to gain about 20 pounds of muscle in 4months and lose about 20pounds of fat.
Would i be able to do this with cytomel and clen and a weight gainer called isomass?
