You need to spend some time on here and read alot of the profiles, stickies, diet section, ect...
Sust is fine for a first run, but when you ready.
Pct has to be down, without falter.
Diet has to be in order.
Work out base needs to be a better base.
Just hang around and learn.
it's truly amazing here.
