    Can you point me in the right direction? I plan on eating 6 meals a day and working out each muscle group every 5 days, 5 sets each.

    It comes to Diet, cardio, workout intensity, pct regiment, genetics, sleep, ect...

    Im planning on running clomid for pct. Is that going to be enough? What else should I run if not?

    Ya I can get pretty tore in 5 sets. My shoulder joints hurt alot if i go more than that.

    seriously man i would not waste your time on 5 sets, unless i am missing something you mean 5 for the whole workout or 5 sets per exercise per muscle group.

    How much prop u plan on using?prop does hurt but if u get hg and not ugl stuff then less chance of pain. I believe if u search on how to use benzoate it reduces pain as well.
    I would also choose nolvadex over clomid. This site has a great profiles page. Check it out. Good luck buddy

    5 sets per exercise, not per muscle group. three excercises per chest alone.
