    sorry im just new at this, what do u mean by frontload??? increasing the amount for the first shot???

    he means take a bigger dose of test in your first week or two so that you get better /quicker results from the test. I do not recommend since it is your first cycle and you have no clue how your body will respond to the ester you are taking.
