How many ml can be shot into the shoulder at any one time?

Thats what i thought.

Never used delt regularly before but want to use only them this cycle.

So whats best way to shoot 2ml of test and 2ml of equipose weekly using the delts only?

From being trained in sever different medical fields over the last 8 years with injections being one of the more common procedures I use on patients, this is FACT stated in any medical journal I have ever read and there is quite a few (have you read many?)

That being said I do not disagree with be ABLE to inject more and personally know some people that do no problem (upto 3ml), obviously size does come into play but I am here stating medical fact, knowledge and experince as a reference.

What experience do you have apart from randomly sticking yourself to see what happens?

Any proof to back this up? I've gone p to 2 1/4ml with no problems.

I think it has alot to do with the needle. I used 1" 23g and had leakage with 2ml. I think the 1.5" 23g would be better as it goes deeper and allows more room for the oil.
