So many of you guys shoot quads. All three times i have hit quads, the pain has been ridiculous and i've sworn i will never hit them again. I literally limp for several days after. What causes this, the compound i'm injecting, the number of nerves in the quad? How do you inject your quad without the discomfort following? I'm all ears.

Glutes are my fav, never any dramas.

Ive heard this alot. Either some just have more nerves and find it a difficult spot, or they aren't putting the pin in the right spot.

I inject high on my quad. If you put your thumb on your hip and extend your middle finger straight down until it touches your quad, that's where I inject. More on the front side, not middle.

The same thing happened to me. Try a 25g 1in pin and go down low on your quad. The bottom outter part. I also do this standing as oppose ti sitting down which I used to do.
