yeh the Nolva wasn't for anti E, and a-dex or any AI was not available, but im getting some soon from lion. Im taking proviron now to help with estrogen plus for its other benifits.

What were you using the nolva for then? Good intentions? Youi should never start a cycle without covering all your bases. Not having A-dex/Letro on hand in case of emergency is just plain uneducated. Do some more research.
