    A cashier in shoprite asked me what the secret to getting jacked was.... I said food. He wanted to know exactly what to eat.... so i said enough chicken to dent the population..... more bown rice and oatmeal than you think you can stomach..... don't think he believed me

    hahaha.

    I'm food shopping the other day, and the cashier, this 5'9 140lbs guy asks me what I take to get big.

    He asks me this while I'm putting all my chicken, lean cuts of beef, fish, cartons and cartons of eggs, oats, sweet potatoes, etc, etc on the belt.

    I just look at him and say, "that", as I point to the food. lol.

    LOLOL almost all the same shit I was getting LOL..... just add in some red and green peppers..... an onion..... and some diced tomatoes HAHAHA
