How do i lower test levels????

I had natural test levels of 1300-1500 about 2 1/2 years ago and since then my test levels have dropped to this level and continue to drop! My quality of life has dramatically dropped! I am tired all day long! My strength has went down! Plus my sec drive has went down BIG time! I am also looking to take my body to a new level! I am 24

ok dont get this mine are at 9.0 pmol/l for free test and 19.2 nmol/l
where does that leave me in the ng/dl coz i cant see where im at if im t 69 i should be gettin free test?? lol i wish i think im wrong
