Also, this does not have to be done with orals necessarily... For example, you can jab your test e as normal, but also jab test p as well since it's metabolized in only 3 days... This will allow you to start filling its effects sooner and it can then be dropped once the test e has kicked in just like an oral
Front loading is using the same steroid (should be test) that will be the backbone of the cycle, but increasing the dose of the first initial injections (most often doubled) to allow testosterone levels to peak sooner rather than waiting the full 4 weeks... i.e. Week 1, instead of injecting 250mg every 3.5 days, you would inject 500 mg every 3.5 days... This allows optimum test levels in a shorter time...
Back loading is essentially the reverse of a kickstart... It is often used so a person can go right onto PCT instead of having to wait the 14 days (or more depending on the test ester) to allow the test to fully be metabolized out of the body. So, a person wishng to backload for example could do there last test e jab at 10 weeks, then just run dbol or prop for weeks 11 and 12 and jump right onto pct at the end of week 12 (there would be a 3 day waiting period for the prop to metabolize)
Hope that clears this up for you
