    good luck mate

    i actualy about 5 years ago use to be 5'6 and 110kg, and could only bench 50kg lol

    so i was super fat and no muscle mass

    but i cut down, and have put on the muslce mass now

    so im sure you can do it if i could

    BEST OF LUCK and hope it goes well for you

    i think to thing to remeber is be patient, and stick to it, the results come eventually, the first 4 weeks are always the hardest since u dont notice major results unitll the end of them

    once u see results, the motivation will come easy

    I completely agree with ranging. At one point I was also very fat with no muscle mass. When you see results it will give you the motivation to continue.

    The results however will not be seen unless you're following the right diet and doing enough cardio.
