    been lifting since freshman year in highschool, played lacrosse all four years, however stopped lifting when i got out and picked up again last year, so going on a year of training 3 times a week and now 4

    lacrosse isnt lifting...its lacrosse, i know guys who have been lifting since highschool yet still remain somewhat about the same size as they started because they have no idea how to diet/train. Go to the diet section and get your diet in check, then once you get that going work on improving your training.

    Leave AAS and PH's alone.
