Hey... Ok, we need to address a question first:

1.) How bad is your current testicular atrophy?

... Staying on cycle for anything more then 5 - 6 months at a time puts you at significant risk of permanently shutting down (or damaging) the HPTA -- which governs your natural testosterone production.

In any case... I would begin the HCG immediately. (even if you're still on cycle). I would just go w/ 500iu ED for 2 weeks, and see if that brings back volume, etc to your testicles.

If your atrophy doesn't improve during this time period, then we can continue to run the HCG for the first couple of weeks of the PCT (you will have to use an AI like a-dex, or aromasin w/ the HCG)

BTW, (just a note...) 1500iu is a very high dosage; more is not always better; especially w/ HCG, as it is technically suppressive, etc...

This is how I would run your PCT:

Nolvadex (weeks 1 - 8) @ 40/40/40/20/20/20/10/10
Clomid (weeks 1 - 8) @ 150/100/100/75/50/50/25/25

(the dosages of clomid are a little high... but you definitely want it high to help raise your LH levels... if you can't handle the sides from 150mg of clomid ED, then just bump it down...)

Additional things to consider:

a.) get yourself a BIG bottle of cialis/viagra. You're definitely going to need it.

b.) i didn't suggest adding proviron to your PCT, because I don't believe it should be used during the PCT. 33% of men expected suppression in one study @ a low dosage of 25mg ED. In any case, if you're going to run it during the PCT (for libido help, etc.) then I would suggest no more then 25mg ED. anything higher would be counter-productive to the goals of your PCT..

c.) I would wait at least 1.5 months to get my blood-levels tested post PCT (as your levels may take a while longer to bound back)...

d.) If your levels don't recover, and you're forced to do TRT, there are still ways to get your wife pregnant (IE) high dosages of clomid + HCG therapy prior to attempting conception have worked wonders for many people.
