In your case I would take the BCAA's 15-20 before you do your pwo cardio. Brands aren't that important just make sure you get the powder BCAA's and not the pills as the powder is more concentrated and will get into your system quicker.

optimum nutrition (ON) but it taste like $hit (well you get use to it). It was fairly inexpensive. For me, I can't sip on BCAA's throughout my workout as I have to chug water. So just mix it up and drink it the last 15-20 minutes of your workout. Also, this way you know your body hasn't used the BCAA's during your lifting session so they are there to preserve the muscle while doing pwo cardio.
i put my BCAA powder in a water bottle with a bit of gatorade powder mix and consume over the course of the workout
good point. I dont use very much though, just a little to mask the nasty bcaa taste a bit
