Diet is the most important thing for cutting the BF% Also alot of water
Winny is not a fat loss drug but if U plan on running 30miles a day and cutting the Cals extremely low then it would help u retain muscle mass. In any case it takes more time to lose fat than it dose to gain fat. So try next time not to let yourself go.
