OP, it doesn't look like gyno to me. And like Rugybyboys said, it usually feels like a lump at start behind the nipple. It will be sensitive and possibly painful to touch.

They don't hurt at all nor are sensitive. only thing is tht when i sqeeze the top of my nipple, small amount of clear discharge start to comeout.
