you aren't getting it...and you won't, so whatever you're doomed to a life of looking flabby and being unhappy with what you see in the mirror, being jealous of people who look better than you and sleeping with ugly women. Wondering why girls at the bar only care about looks when you have a great personality and they are all douche bags compared to you as you count sheep in your loser hole of an apt.
but I'll answer your question because you don't want advise on how to be better and attain your physical goals. You feel that the answer to this question will solve your problem.
EQ is usually run for 14 weeks or so
first time would be somewhere around 600mg
but anywhere from 400-800mg would be fine
I doubt you'll notice much difference between that range as it's a very weak compound. People who like EQ usually are people who have trouble gaining weight because they don't like to eat. Many people feel the only thing eq does is make you hungry. You're doing cardio and nothing else right now so I'm guessing you're a chunker or at a little chubby. With Eq you'll eat a little more food so your test cycle in absense of good lifting and diet will leave you fatter. Good luck.
