Generally you are going to experience elevation in both corticol and estrogen levels. PCT will address the estrogen and start the testicles if done correctly.
During pct your caloric intake needs to be higher than during cycle and your lifting/cardio more relaxed. In a catabolic state one´s body will suffer loss and experience over training due to the state itself. By training as hard and/or limiting calories you will be exacperbating the condition.
