    Generally you are going to experience elevation in both corticol and estrogen levels. PCT will address the estrogen and start the testicles if done correctly.

    During pct your caloric intake needs to be higher than during cycle and your lifting/cardio more relaxed. In a catabolic state one´s body will suffer loss and experience over training due to the state itself. By training as hard and/or limiting calories you will be exacperbating the condition.

    I agree with all the above. Also train heavy! Not longer....like he said dont overtrain! But go heavy!

    Thanks for all your replies, yes my diet is still the same so I will add more calories. Im training heavy but only 45 min sometimes less. I havent been doing cardio.

    45 mins is fine for weight training during pct. I dont like to leave the cardio off completely but just keep it low intensity a couple of times a week.

    But the funny thing is I didnt feel like this when I came off my First cycle which was test E 500 mgs a week for 12 weeks. I was fine, Is this due to the fact that I did tren E? This was my first time taking tren.
