Chest proves to be tricky for a lot of us. Not only doing the workout, but the
technique is the deciding factor.
A lot of times I will use a moderate weight, and do sloooow movements in my reps. When engaging in dumbell flies I focus on a slower movement and getting a squeeze at the top of my motion.
I also find that not touching the dumbells together on such an exercise will keep the pecs from resting, which really causes them to build.

Play with your routine, it takes
time, and sometimes a
long time to figure out what works for
you. What works for one person may not work for another. So have a good time with it, it's supposed to be a challenge! Why else do it if it was not
