If your lifting 5 to 6 days a week and eating 5to 6 meals a day i would just start popping that d-bol now,two pills a day for 3 and a half 4 weeks. I started my d-bol cycle it's been 3 weeks i never could put on weight i put on weight finally and putting up so much more weight 30 pounds on just about every machine and 60 pounds on bench press, everyone at my gym notice a difference ask me how i get so big so fast, kind of fell like im cheating but love it!!! Lots of people hate on d-bol only cycles i noticed but it's working for me.
