    To stop programs from startup you will have to go into your start menu and run. From there a small box will open and you can put msconfig in there.

    You wrote you have a Dell.
    Then, you also must have a service tag number.

    Locate it on your hard drive using windows explorer which you find on your start menu/programs/accessories. Click on windows explorer and locate your hard drive (C, find a folder named Dell and open it. Inside of it you can read a file named service tag.

    Get that number, made by letters also, and go on:

    Insert the service tag and you will have a list of the hardware installed on you system.
    Copy and paste it on here but remember not to paste the service tag otherwise it is like writing your first and last name.

    If you are unable to find your service tag, look at the label attached on your system case, if you have a desktop, or on your laptop.
    There, you can read the name of your operating system as well as your service tag.
