you get a major rush in the gym adding weight ever day to your normal lifts... you feel invincable and your looking better - for me mentally it give me a great boost!!! but!!! i also get f'king furious in the gym, good for weight lifting good for keeping ppl away from ya lol, not good at home or driving or during business when i find my slef read to rip some ones head off for pissing me off and im half out of my chair before i catch my self... that is the bad part!!! then add in all the night sweats, insomnia, other things...
no matter - but i like right before the gym
i having got highs and lows such as mood being depressed or super happy - im always happy just some time i happy with being really pissed off...
