    I think its easier to gain weight now that im in my 30's than when i was in my 20's.

    I guess being more disciplined and parting less helps.

    In my 20's I Had a super fast metabolism and not enough discipline to eat enough calories to gain at a decent pace. Now that its slowed down some its a lot easier to add size but it also means i got to diet every so often.

    Most pro athletes don't peak in size till there in their 30's

    the last gym i went to i only managed 2 days a week due to work n otha responsibilities.

    Save the money for the flat bench and join a full gym, there will be many things missing at your "house gym". Unless you got 15,000 or more square feet filled with equipment. If you want the results, do it right bud. If your schedule is that crazy, then I don't know what else to say. Best of luck

    What that saying - everyone one wants to get big but no one wants to lift any heavy damn weights.
    Dont touch aas untill you have 1) a Gym membership or 2) a home gym with bench, rack, and lots off plates.

    i plan 2 get a flat bench 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25g (maybe 30kg) plates or weights this week.

    i love weight liftin n nething that involves strength!

    What do u mean by rack?

    a powerliftin rack, a shruggin rack or a weights rack?

    r those weights enuf?

    do u kna nethin bout those adjustable dumbells?

    im not sure if this has anything to do with it?!....

    when i was in my teens n adolesence i did not have acne and olily skin and i was not aggessive and did not rebel and go in2 tantrums - the things that r associated with a lot of t.

    Also I have never been with a women or been in a relationship like.... EVER.... not EVEN when I was in college and uni.....

    I also have a (very) small penis!

    Are these associated with low t?

    Is provo a strong AI?

    Will it stop water retention and acne?

    I believe tribulus works. It may not work on most people or even half but i do believe it works on me. Just personally though. I have friends that took it and nothing happened and my brothers don't feel any different from it but i myself actually gain weight and strength withing two weeks of it at 1500mg a day.... Two 750's a day. Morning and night. The brand was like tetrerris or something like that.
