Help with test prop cycle and PCT

My last cycle 2 Weeks after my last injection i did 40/20/20/20 and was out of town and ended up not getting my blood work done for that cycle.I know it was dum but i did it and had to deal with it. i was hoping you would know of a different method for PCT this, it was the most common one i found and people liked but i have never done a cycle this short before so i did not know how that would hinder how i was doing PCT and since it did not work so well last time around.

week 1-5 dbal 50mg
week 1-12 cyp 600mg
weel 14-18 nolv 40/20/20/20
