Thread: Where and how should someone start?

    I am 29 years old(today). I agree with starting my routine before jumping in to this. What is a good weight to put on a 5'10 5'11" frame? My diet is not where it needs to be, cutting fat right now, need to up my number of meals a day and start to take in more protein. Are pills even worth the trouble?

    no, dont even piss ur $ away because you will not get anything long term out of them if you dont practice proper nutrition now. At 5'10 you can put alot more on that frame. I've seen the most ectomorphic person I know get to 220 lbs naturally (he is was 6'2" and 135 lbs when he started lifting) So I dont believe it cannot be done
