Rulh when asked not to bring his "toys" to the gym

Also, I have a different stance on this than alot of people. The guy was totally out of line, you walk into a gym with a huge box hanging from the ceiling that says "lunk alarm" You may think to ask what it is when you join the damn gym. And if its not for you then go to a different gym. From a business standpoint its smart. As gay as it might be, corporate gyms have not grown the way they have because of the hardcore bodybuilder crowd, its Joe businessman who doesn't mind dropping $1500 on a family membership. I def dont agree with it, and I'd never join a gym that had that stupid thing, but I definitely wouldn't act the way he did and show out like that. Throwing a ****ing dumbbell at the mirror? He should have been locked up, nobody put a gun to his head and forced him to work out at Planet Fitness, sheesh, dumbass

I think this is a joke. Me and some buddys were gonna go to the local planet fitness and start deadlifting and grunting and take our shirts off and what not. I would not have gone this far but im 99% sure this guy went to planet fitness, intentionally set off the lunk alarm and freaked out. I think the camera man was in on it too. How would he have known this guy was gonna freak out. Just my 2 cents.

I do think the vid was orchestrated, but I do agree. We are the minority at most gyms. I travel around the midwest and have to catch a gym in what ever town Im in. Rarely do I see big dudes working out. Most cater to the masses that just want to get "toned". Nothing wrong with that, everyone has different goals. I could never work out at a planet fitness unless I was just doing cardio. Grunts happen, sometime farts too.
