my pct is nolvadex 20mg everyday for 4 weeks with clomid week 1 150 mg ed, week 2 100mg ed and week 2-4 50mg ed.

btw I know you guys think I should have trained longer before cycling. but I think as long as you understand the risks perfectly; waiting 2-3 years to reach your natty max or at least near it and then cycle is kind of like telling a chick she should lose 50 pounds before she gets plastic surgery, I understood the sides, risks, perfectly well etc and I made the choice do the cycle, and I feel that is my most powerful justification.

IMHO you should be no where near AAS!!!
A 175lb bench max???? Now 220??? you need to get your training and diet down first

I agree. I also know a lot of dudes whose bench is just shit. They rely on other chest exercises for that area.

I'm hoping you have long ass arms lol

How long have you been in the gym?

i dunno about long ass arms but i do have long arms and i guess that probably effects me on about a 10-15 pound difference. as long as im gaining decent, eating right training right, and using steroids right especially considering the fact that im on a low dose... who cares if i only benched 175 at the start?

a 175 to 220 in 6 weeks of a test e only 500mg a week cycle, especially considering the fact its only just starting to really take full effect i think is pretty decent, and i've been going to a gym on and off for over 8 years its just that i haven't lifted at a gym in a few yrs. the average person can only do maybe 5 pounds on their bench every two weeks including me. if u calculate the averages on that 6 week period i am now doing 15 pounds every two weeks, so that means so far i have gained about 3 times faster then i do natty, u don't think thats decent on a low dose of steroids?. as long as a person has his training and a decent diet going its not that big of a deal where he starts out, infact because ill probably be benching like 250-270 at the end of the cycle, whereas some ppl are doing 450, it should be much easier for me to maintain the gains. i'll say this again.... i understood the risks perfectly, i understood that many ppl feel u should wait 2-3 years b4 u start training, but hey some people including me feel its justified to to get the plastic surgery before losing the weight as long as u have a good doctor and doctor translated to weightlifting and steroids is a decent diet and workout routine.

Dude im not saying thats not some good gains in 6 weeks.... Im saying that 175lbs is VERY LIGHT to be someones max, which means your either very young(15-17) or you never workout/eat correctly. Thats the type of weight my lil bro does and hes only 17.

Thats why I said "IMHO" cause its my opinion with those stats alone you had much more to work on and your using gear to make up for your lack of will....

    Either way good luck...
    im out

so youre taking steriod after a 2 year lay off? how long have you been training seriously before you started your cycle? if you are coming in completely fresh you are wasting the cycle.

why wouldnt you wait until the end when you need the extra kick to get your body to the next level instead of doing the surgery upfront and wasting the results?

As long as your making solid gains keep on it. No point to quit it now.

LMAO dude are you serious benching 175lbs? Not to be a dick but seriously bro thats pretty bad, you dont need steroids you need to get your diet in check and do some more training. Something isnt right.

I havent cycled or trained real hard in 3 years and in week 4 I'm already benching 300 raw using 600mg of Enth no kicker, up from 240.

I agree, he definitely needs to sort out his training big time IMO steroids are the last step not the first.

AAS are used to get you over plateaus not as a crutch in place of good hard training. You should easily be able to get a 275-315 lb bench naturally very easily. If at that point you still want to use to get a little more thats different
