    Not to hijack, but I hope you're right!!! I am ending week 5 and this is by FAR the most hardcore i've EVER dieted, and the workout has been intensified too. I sure hope I have some very noticable results at the end of 12 weeks, particularly with BF% and my disgusting mid-section.
