    Well I apprec. All the help and info. I mainly want to put size on. Ill worry about cutting later. I also have put my diet in check, and cardio I'm working on. So I'm still wanting to know about taking the gakic and lukis with test!!!!????

    Your shocked that you have to eat 290g of protein? lol....You clearly arent ready for steroids...not to mention that 40%+ bodyfat you have aint gonna help none.

    yeah bro stay away from the juice until you trim up a little. Do some clen maybe T3 but youre going to blow up like a balloon. Plus, I wouldnt run any Test cycle under 500mg a week. If you're going to juice do it right, get big in a good way.

    And Muscle milk is like a protein bar, not a ton of good stuff in there - I personally prefer regular milk with added protein

    I am serious, and only slightly overweight. I'm going to the doc to find out my b.f. %. I am new to steroids and that's why I'm here to get help. I appreciate everyones help and criticism, its what pushes me the extra mile. Ill keep eating right and doing my cardio then. Eventually do my test.

    what is slightly overweight bro? matter of fact which one are you?. you stated you were overweight before now your just slightly overweight. . post a pic if you could

    All you need is less food and more exercise for the time being.
