well 500mg a week for 12 weeks is best. Do 250mg twice a week, maybe monday and thursday, and since test e takes a good 4 weeks to start up, take a jump start like dbol 40mg a day for 4 weeks

My favorite part was where he alludes to aspirating as "suck some of my blood in it then push it back in". If you're drawing blood before injecting, you're doing it wrong.
