    Take a hot shower before and after and make sure you massage the area after each injection.

    Yeah I always massage it after for a minute or so....don't know why all of the sudden i'm getting sore. Last vial was totally fine...now it sucks ass to inject if it's going to be sore after everyone. Almost makes me wanna stop.
