Technically frequent sex can slightly lower testosterone levels, you wont be able to tell any difference, however as the variation is insignificant for our purposes. Testosterone levels rise as one doesnt have sex until about 2 weeks from the sex where they dont go any higher. Absolutely. Even was in the Rocky movies. I feel that not having sex does help my lifts for competition. GSP has also told us his trainer said no sex or masturbating for several weeks before fights. Thing is people try to disprove this with a testosterone argument. But I think there are alot of factors besides testosterone. Ever noticed how you are more relaxed and sleepy after sex? Thats not a testosterone issue..

thats awsome!! my wife 30 and preg with #3 so its rough right now, no appetite for sex but she was determined to get preg cause the dr's said she couldn't so that was a few months of good sex eod!! but now the dr told her no sex until 6 wks after the baby, and shes due in beg of july. all i know is i hope when shes all done breast feeding and all that shit shes back to normal.
