Not to sound rude but I dont think my diet is that bad.... I went from 165 to 190 on my first cycle. I was only taking 300mg test e and 300mg eq a week which is not really a big boost in the first place. My metabolism is out the roof, I eat anything and everything easily taking in almost 400g of protein plus plenty of carbs and fats every day. I could eat a tub of lard and not gain a pound (purely jk)
