i just finished 15 weeks of test and deca..my legit max was prob 315 maybe a bit more before cycle...i repped 405 2 times on wednesday : )

nice, yea whenever i move up too fast in strength something happens where i get injured and have to take it easy on that exercise..esp bench, thats why i never go heavy on BB and stick to DBs..hoping to get up to the 130's soon....on the other hand my shrugs are going up, did 605 for 3 yesterday...hoping to get to 700
