yeah i'm running EQ and it has my veins looking crazy..Thats probably why its dark..

Eq increases red blood cell count in the blood, which normally results in a darker blood color from the hemoglobin count being higher(hemoglobin contains an iron ion surrounded by oxygen molecules, iron is reddish in nature, hence why oxygenated blood is reddish in color)
