I specifically said I'm not regularly planning on drinking...and if you can't understand the situation that I presented, then I don't know what to tell you...
In any case...(besides those that just want to jump down my throat for drinking ONCE during a 12 week cycle)....it'd be nice to get some actual advice...
yet still no scientific explanation as to why....
terrible advice. you act like if he has one night of drinking, he should rearrange his entire plan of cycling time and testing time for competitive swimming purposes. one night of drinking wont do jack sh!t to him. just because you dont drink doesnt mean you need to jump down the throats of people who do like to once in a while
As a matter of fact, it does....i wont keep my mouth shut about such stupidity....I will call anyone and everyone out on it. There are NO benefits to drinking, and any purported benefits are most DEFINITELY outweighed by the costs that go with it (at least when you analyze it objectively and rationally).
Guess what? When the costs outweigh the benefits, you don't do the action in question.
