I think those other times in the day are important as well. You can still increase the pulses in the daytime even though they may not be like the night time one. I've seen that the pre bed one is the most beneficial as well, but I would think that you would get more bang for your buck with 2 or 3 times daily injects. Sub q is super easy, why not just do a pwo and pre bed schedule @ 100mcgs each?

That is a great idea but would you still want to be on empty stomach pwo?Im guessing if you plan to train for an hour wait 2 hours after your last meal before training then as soon as training is over take the injection then wait 20 more minutes to take in a pure protein shake?

Also i use slin pwo and you have to have carbs with slin which this may also counteract the peptides effectiveness taking in carbs?

    schedule

From what I have read, you can take your injection right after your workout. Then try to wait at least 30 minutes before eating anything. The closer you can get to 30 minutes after injection before you eat, the better. I think if you can wait those 30 minutes the carbs shouldn't hurt you. On a side note, depending on how late you train, you may want to do a morning and pre bed schedule. Hope this helps.
