I enjoyed my time on deca, gains were awsome, and felt great I have bad lig/joint poblems knee, elbow, shoulder, helps add streingth threw what is typicly painful movement.... And don't do deca without pct. Trust me my junk felt like it was shut down for like 4 months. I'm back swingn I've lost sum body weight its been bout 6 to7 months sence off. I've been working on my diet and I've got my streigth back after loosing 13lbs I'm just as stong now as I was on test and deca, so really I kept a gain of 11lbs of muscle and only dropped a few pounds in my lifts think it due to joint pain, I take glucosamin and hydrounic acid and msm. I'm pretty strong about the same as on that cycle. I don't think I'm gona do deca again unless my joint pain getts real bad.

test should be the main base for everything. I personally like to run my test higher than say deca, EQ, Tren. If I was you I would stop the deca, get some proviron (boost your libido) and either do a pct or start some test but by the sounds of it you havent got a clue what your up to with steroids so why not just stop the deca do some proviron and leave the roids well alone mate, at least until you have a clue about whats what. Would be the best way imo. theirs plenty of info on this board that you can learn before jumping in and doing something silly that you are now

Are you already using the deca or is this still in the planning stage?

I understand you concerns for safety, but I don't think you are adding much risk by adding the test. If you haven't started yet, save the deca for another cycle and start with a test only cycle.

People have different reactions to deca. Some are more prone to the sexual sides than others. One of my best friends was taking deca and test and still had problems. You may not consider the sides all that big a deal. He didn't either, since he wasn't getting any anyways. At least those were his thoughts initially. Near the end of the cycle, his thoughts changed drastically. He found himself in a situation with two young ladies. Although he tried his hardest, he mostly had to watch. He won't use deca to this day. Can you blame him?

Yes there are people who run Deca alone. SOME get a way with it. it's a bad idea. The ONLY thing that will help, ONLY is Test. Deca shuts down your natural test production. If it does not 100% effect you now it may later like it does many people and they are not smart enough to figure out 1+1= they ran Deca in the past alone...

Keep it simple. If you want to run only one compound and if it's your first cycle which Im sure it is you should only be running Test except for the fact you are probably to young and should learn how to eat.

I am 23 years old 72kg 178 cm height 6% Bf been an athlete all my life(boxer) and been doing weights 3 years.Mt diet is clean and I wanna use deca only.I was told by everyone DECA only is bad and I have to use testo too.So i will use restandol pills which I think is an easier way out to avoid another steroid.What do you think?
