I'm with Moose man. It doesn't look like your routine is well balanced. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but on the larger muscle groups you can get away with doing 12-15 sets total. Currently your at 11.
The scapular is the muscle between your shoulder blades that pulls them tgeather. Look it up. You can find excersises. Do them to feel the group so you know what to hold tight when you bench. Again its all about learning. I didn't when I was your age and benched with my shoulders up off the bench. This puts real strain on your tri's and front delts. It took going to a physical therpist to find out why I had a sharp pain in my frnt delts. Look around the gym next time your in. When you see someone with their shoulders all hunched forward you can bet its because they are benching wrong.
You will learn as you go what parts grow quicker than others. Its different for everyone. I don't really work out my tri's at all at this point. They grow fast as hell and get enough excersise while working chest and shoulders. My Bi's grow slow which compounds the problem.
