IMO, for TRT purposes, your test isn't great, it's high! It is the aromatization from the testosterone that is whacking your E2 out of range. I presume you're doing this all by yourself, as for no doctor would be kicking you this much "T", especially without using some sort of AI.

My suggestion ... Cut your "T" back, and add some Arimidex. HRT is about balance, and those levels can't be sustained over the long haul to achieve stable scores. You might run a lipid panel as well if you haven't already.

Lipid panel was good. I am planning on lowering the dose first to see what that does with the estrodial if that doesnt help then Ill get some AI's.

when will you do blood work again? will you also do it 2 days after injection?
