    im using the var but would you say running test with it would be better than running var alone or with d-bol ?

    Running nothing would be best.... Be smart and mature about this.... you're 18. Have some patients and do it naturally. Hard work and good diet. Just listen to what these guys have to say.

    I'll tell you what... ask your parents for advice, see what they say.
