How long should i cycle off before starting next steriod cycle?

my last cycle consisted of:
Test E: 600mg a week for 14 weeks
Deca: 400mg a week for 12 weeks
anadrol: 50mg ed for 4 weeks

PCT: 5 weeks:
Liquid Clomi 100/50/50/50/50
Tamox 40/20/20/20/20

I have been off of my PCT for a week now. Was wondering when i could start my next cycle. How long should a person wait after finishing a cycle before starting the next? No side effects from last cycle except for acne on shoulders and back.

Time on = time off has no real validity if you do a proper PCT protocol.

I have never followed this mainly because I get blood work done to show me beyond a shadow of a doubt where I am, and what I can tweak.

I'm not suggesting you run out and begin immediately, but the body is very resilient and I've never experienced issues coming off and recovering from 1+ year long cruise + blasts.

Get blood work done 4 weeks after you have finished your PCT to see how your body is doing and you should be good to go any time after that assuming levels are in the acceptable ranges.

does no one use the search function? Most everyone is going to give you the same general rule that twotimer gave: Time on + PCT = time to wait.

Go to anylabtestnow.com (just my reccomendation) and see if there's a lab near you. It's 79.00 for the Test numbers and will show you if you've recovered.

Not a bad idea to get estrogen, cholesterol, and liver values as well. If those are out of whack you want to bring them down (if they were lower before cycle-except estro you want that low!) before you start up again.

^^ Agreed. Also, I have read reports that AAS can cause Kidney toxicity as well. You will get these numbers on the same test that gives you your liver levels, I'm just saying it wouldn't hurt to pay attention to them.
