    I condone any decision made by someone that has calculated out the risk / reward scenarios for themself and acted accordingly.

    Do I think he should? I can't answer that because I don't know the kid, his training history, his goals, or his habits.

    On here we can only do the best with the information we are given, and in this case, it is inconclusive. Spouting off that he is a youngster doesn't mean anything if he has 3-4 cycles under his belt already.

    I'll never knowingly enable someone under 21 to make a bad decision, but if they are set on doing something, they might as well be safe with good advice or judgment.

    My agenda is for the best knowledge to be disseminated across the board as possible, regardless of age.

    fair enough, i still dont think its doing any harm to warn of the implications of using too young rather than giving the 'sure he's doing it anyway' matter of fact response
