the law that permits a 90 day personal supply of pharmaceuticals is US federal law. if it conflicts with other federal or state law, i couldn't tell you what would be legal. the mere act of trying to find the "truth" or "facts" is frustrating, to say the least.

i won't fully express my disgust with the basic dishonesty within the united states' "just - us" system... it its what it is. the government enforcers cut people out of the pack and selectively prosecute those who stand up to their hypocrisy.

the hypocrisy of our law enforcement and courts are well known to anyone who's unfortunate enough to have had direct experience with the system, while injustice is perpetrated on a daily basis. best advise there is to try not to be stupid... don't be the low hanging fruit that fuel the justice system.
