    i will be running 300-400mgs of test, still undecieded. i know i know you all recommend 500mg pw, but this is my first cycle and i rather play it safe on the lighter side....love that avatar dude!!

    great thanks for the info...8am/8pm is deff out of the question as my kids are just getting ready for bed and 8am im at work already.
    how about this..

    6am mon and 10pm (kids sleepin this time) thurs..?
