    Diet

Thanks for the reply. I checked the Diet section. That's a lot of calories probably for bulking up. I work 9 hrs a day behind a computer. On Mon-Fri, I do cardio on treadmill at home because I am not able to go the gym. On Sat and Sun I go to the gym and lift weights and do cardio. I am 210 lbs and try to remain within 2000-2500 cal range. That diet plan has 5000+ calories.

Agree with the others about the diet. It's easy to start packing it on when you go on TRT ... I know, I gained 20lbs myself when I first went on it. You'll see it leave just the same if you get that diet dialed in, along with a good cardio plan.

I've used both pharmaceutical grade and research chemical on the Arimidex. The pharmaceutical stuff worked great for me with the bloating issues, whereas the research stuff didn't appear to do as well. Got a new script from the doctor and I'm taking 0.5mg 2xwk and everything is back to normal (no bloats). My E2 used to be about where yours is. I'm holding on at/around a score of 25 with taking the Adex 2xWk, and I'm taking 200mg of Test C for my TRT. My primary doc would never give me an AI either, which was just one of the reasons that led me to seek out a HRT doc who knows what the hell they're doing.

Vetteman, I understand your new script is 0.5 mg 2xWk. But, what was your initial dose of pharmaceutical arimidex?

My initial prescription was for 3xWk on the 0.5mg. The doctor cut me back as my levels got lowered. I've got to run BW again in about 4 more weeks, we'll see where it's at.

before i put info below i will say very firmly that adex or any ai doesnt cut body fat... nor does it lower a persons waist line

if it did we would all be taking an ai - do you get that? did you hear that?

you are looking for an answer that you want to hear... that is dangerous - as i explain below

issue is your behind a computer 9 hours a day... that is not good - a must for you income but some thing you must over come.

you do cardio at home how many times a week are you doing cardio? what is your intensity? what is your duration?

you 210 lbs and how tall? what is your age? what is your lifting history?

a 2000 cal diet is not enough food for you - watch this : if you get your body acustom to a 2000 cal diet and do cardio/weights - what you are actually doing is lowering you matabolism... now you have a matablism that works of of the lower food intake of 2000 cals. and you are not eating enough protien to rebuild what you have broken down during excersize...

the idea of eating more food is eating food that is in line with your goals (high protien - low carbs is what you want) what that will do is increase your matablism PLUS BUILD AND MATAIN LEAN BODY MASS!!!!!

note : if you search diet you can learn this not just look for a pill to fix what you dont want to hear or do... diet!!!! but diet correctly for you goals~

waist trimming is the effect of both diet and arimidex... NO NO NO!!!! you are very frustrating... you are looking for the answers you want to hear not what is real and functional...

arimidex lowers estrogen!!! - tell me why lowering or blocking estrogen will lower you body fat or you waist line?

will it stop bloating? yep - not bloting like your a chick and have your period - bloating like a few lbs of water spread all over you 210 lbs body!!! not just your waist.... get it? (i actually doubt it - prove me wrong and research adex or diet)

Amcon, you're correct (passionate, but correct). OP, listen to what he is saying. I probably should have taken a firmer approach with you this too, since my prescription situation is tailored for me, by my doctor. Like Amcon and everyone is saying, Arimidex will not work for burning fat. Don't look for it to be your solution in that area.

I know what you're going through to want to trim the waistline ... Believe me, I've been there. Actually, I'm still there at 12%BF and needing to get to 10%. Diet my friend, it's got to be clean and consistent. Tell us a little more about yourself if you don't mind. Some of the stats Amcon was asking about for starters, and anything else that is pertinent. Also, if you can find time, give us a breakdown of an average day with your diet schedule. A serious one; meaning what you really eat and how often you eat during those 9 hour intervals behind the computer. Many of us here have been through similar situations and we can throw you some ideas. I travel quite a bit for my job, so I know about having to improvise.
