    Good.

    Dont just do low/moderate intensity cardio. Throw in some HIIT once or twice per week. Its suproir over extended peroids for fat oxidation. 1min sprint, 1.30min rest, repeat...

    As long as your activity increases and calories decrease, you'll see results.

    Thanx bro....

    Im goin 2 try the HIIT thing!

    I have not mentioned limitin HPTA inhibition wit herbs, LJ100 in as long time!

    It is good to know bout estro, HPTA, negative feedback inhibition so you have the knowledge in place 4 when u do a cycle!

    Trib, fenu, LJ, isoflavones dont work ATALL!

    Jus marketin gimmicks by supp comps!

    Is cheese a godd protein source?

    I use pubmed to do all my reseach now!

    Not really.

    Chicken, turkey, beef, fish and eggs are my main protein sources. I also supplement with BCAA's.

    For carbs, quinoa, barley, lentils, sweet potato, white potato, brown rice, fruit.

    I east alot of chicken n fish n I have an egg for breakfat with porridge wit chopped bananas 4 breakfast!

    I love sweet potatoes, brown rice, potatoes n I eat friut sometimes

    Lentils rule!

    I drink whey protein 2ice a day apart from weekends

    My carbs r eaten 4 dinner then I do my resistance/weight trainin soon afda.

    i drink coffee n tea durin the day 4 energy n 2 keep me awake as carbs will only put the lbs back on.

    Dont want to sound like I'm a spokesperson for Proviron,but do you think it would help in these cases?Increase in test with drying effects?

    proviron doesnt do much as a stand alone compound

    I would use Provo in my 1st all oral cycle wit Andriol, Var n maybe Primo!

    Wgat do u think of my idea for my 1st cycle when I reach 13st 7lbs or less?

    You have no business using AAS at this time I dont think.

    Get your diet/training routine perfect for 1-2 years, then think about using AAS.

    You need to build the house before you can paint it - SwoleCat (RIP)

    Off on volunteer travelling.

    My routine is good apart from chest work n my diet is wicked!

    What bout PHs as goose suggested?

    Proviron binds to SHBG and is a weak AI!

    It is DHT based but non liver toxic!
